We were tasked with delivering a new brochure for Busabout, HAGGiS & Shamrocker that would give them stand out in the youth travel marketplace. To do this, the brochure needed to show increased customer understanding and affinity through a new visual and written tone of voice.
We kicked off the project by running customer and non-customer focus groups and by scouring youth reports for insights and useful nuggets of information. This gave us the direction for the creative brief for a photoshoot and the brochure development. The photoshoot took place in Berlin and Prague and was followed by an intensive 6 weeks of writing, designing, editing and artworking.
The result, this year’s brochure, new imagery for the website, advertising and marketing materials – and all with a fresh, freestyle look and a written tone to build an even greater brand affiliation with the independent traveller.
