It’s packed with delicious, exciting recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as ideas for snacks and drinks, all of which are super-nutritious. Alongside the recipes Jamie’s shared loads of bite-sized nutritional tips, and given more in-depth info on subjects such as the balanced plate, sleep, alcohol, and much, much more.
Jamie’s brief on the design front was to keep things fresh, simple and super-clear, in order to reflect the accessibility and ease of the recipes.
