To create a multi-channel, integrated campaign demonstrating the emotional reward of travel and that uses a suite of assets for use across the full range of direct and trade channels. The campaign needed to show how Travelsphere can help customers to enrich their lives through travel by focusing on the emotional rewards of Travelsphere escorted tours.

Concept

Travel makes you smile. Thinking about travel, planning a trip and the anticipation of travel makes you smile. Remembering travel, sharing memories and photos of travels makes you smile. Meeting new people, discovering new things, sharing new experiences makes you smile. Travelphere wanted to use the lens of emotion to connect with their audiences and bring to life a campaign, using the concept of smiling to provide the thread across all channels and assets.

Creative

We struck an emotional connection with customers to consider Travelsphere and book a holiday by using real people sharing real life stories - real smiles, real people, real experiences. We then developed the creative to deliver high quality engagement and fun positive interactions through imagery, typefaces and storytelling. We also used the creative to encourage customers to share their own real life stories.

Outcome

Created standout in the market and demonstrated the emotional reasons for choosing Travelsphere. Delivered acquisition through increased brand health, increased enquiries and conversions and increased bookings. Created retention through increased booking rate, increased booking frequency and increased engagement.
