Brief
To modernise the Jersey Electricity branding without changing the identity. To deliver strategy and creative change on company vision as part of a 5 year project putting people, community, customers and sustainability at the centre of the business.
Concept
To bring values and messaging to life through tone of voice definition and guidelines. To create a suite of infographics and designs to complement the identity and work across all internal and external communications.
TONE OF VOICE
To create a brand language guide to deliver consistency in words, tone and grammar through all written communications.
Outcome
Positive change in customer perception, greater internal alignment and buy-in through improved culture and successful launch of a new consumer website and app.
